- 1. Lunge to curl
- 2. Squat and press
- Sumo squat and side raise
- Bent over row to back fly
- Jack and press
- 1 DB tricep ex to chop
- Reverse lunge and steering wheel
- Russian twist legs bicycle
- Plank DB pull through
- Burpees
