Hope you guys enjoy this quick 5 minute dynamic warmup! These exercises are great to help you get ready for a workout or tennis match!

  1. Down dog to plank
  2. Spiderman plank
  3. Inchworms
  4. Striaght leg march
  5. High knees
  6. Butt Kicks
  7. Jumping jacks

You can modify any of these exercises as needed! You can do this warm up along with me in the video down below, I’ll give you step modifications for the cardio exercises. I hope this helps!
