As the days get hotter and I have early morning starts, I want a breakfast that is ready to grab and go. My current go-to are these overnight oats. Filling, delicious and versatile, these are just a few ideas but the options are endless! Make sure you use old fashioned oats! The first time I tried overnight oats years ago, I used quick oats and it did not turn out well! The base ingredients for all these recipes is one part oats to one part milk.

  • ½ cup OLD FASHIONED oats
  • ½ cup milk of choice

Mix the oats, milk and add ins of choice together in an airtight container (I use mason jars) and leave in the fridge overnight for a breakfast ready to go in the morning.
